Team Vitality Collaboration Brings New Esports-Focused Mouse Pad
One of the key product announcements at COMPUTEX 2026 is the new ROG Hone Control Ace L Vitality Edition, ROG’s first mouse pad specifically designed around a control-focused gaming experience.
Developed in collaboration with professional Counter-Strike 2 and VALORANT players from Team Vitality, the mouse pad features a high-friction cloth surface engineered to deliver superior stopping power and tracking precision, making it particularly well-suited for competitive FPS titles.

The pad features a 4mm-thick construction designed to absorb subtle desk vibrations and improve aiming consistency. It also incorporates stitch-free rounded edges to reduce wrist and forearm discomfort during extended gaming sessions. Finished in Team Vitality’s signature yellow color scheme, the mouse pad includes a water-resistant coating, anti-slip base, and a spacious 490 x 420mm surface area.
Team Vitality Co-CEO Vas Roberts described the collaboration as an exciting new chapter in the partnership between the organization and ASUS ROG, noting that the product reflects both brands’ commitment to excellence while incorporating direct feedback from professional players.

ROG Falchion Ace 75 HE Receives New Lava Red Colorway
ROG also introduced a new Lava Red edition of the popular ROG Falchion Ace 75 HE magnetic-switch gaming keyboard.
Already widely adopted among professional esports players, the keyboard features adjustable actuation points and Rapid Trigger technology, allowing for faster and more precise inputs during competitive play.
Brock “Brawk” Somerhalder, 2025 VALORANT World Champion and VCT Champions MVP, praised the keyboard’s consistent and responsive key feel, stating that it gives him greater confidence when executing critical in-game actions.

World's First Tournament-Focused OLED Esports Monitor
On the display front, ROG officially unveiled the ROG Strix OLED XG259QWPG Ace, which the company describes as the world’s first OLED monitor specifically designed for esports competition.
The monitor features a 24.5-inch Full HD TrueBlack Glossy Tandem WOLED panel, an ultra-fast 540Hz refresh rate, and a 0.02ms response time, targeting the highest levels of competitive gaming.
The product is the result of ROG’s ongoing collaborations with major tournament organizers BLAST and PGL. Drawing on extensive feedback from professional players competing at international events, ROG implemented several esports-focused enhancements, including measurement markings on the monitor stand and base that allow players to quickly recreate their preferred tournament setups.
A new Quick OSD feature also enables rapid display adjustments before matches, while three dedicated Esports Color modes were created specifically to help players transition more comfortably from traditional TN panels to OLED technology.

Expanding Global Esports Partnerships
Beyond hardware, ROG announced a significant expansion of its global esports partnership network. In addition to its existing relationships with Team Vitality and NRG, ROG has now partnered with North American esports organization Cloud9, Korean powerhouse KIWOOM DRX, and professional VALORANT player Brawk.
The company also continues its collaborations with several of the world's top esports athletes, including VALORANT star Demon1 and Counter-Strike 2 superstar ZywOo.
According to Kris Huang, General Manager of ASUS Gaming & Workspace Gear, ROG’s esports strategy extends far beyond traditional sponsorship agreements. Instead, the company aims to build long-term partnerships that provide valuable insights into everything from team-level strategic requirements to individual player preferences and habits.
These collaborations help ROG gather firsthand feedback across multiple levels of competition while strengthening the connection between product development and professional esports.
Building the Future of Competitive Gaming
In recent years, ROG has continued to deepen its involvement in the competitive gaming scene through partnerships with major tournament organizers such as BLAST and PGL, while simultaneously developing its Ace product lineup specifically for esports athletes.
As part of its broader esports initiative, ROG also announced the launch of a new dedicated Instagram account, @rog_esports_global, which will serve as a hub for tournament updates, player collaborations, behind-the-scenes content, and product announcements.
Through a combination of hardware innovation, professional partnerships, and community engagement, ROG continues to strengthen its position as one of the leading brands in the global esports industry while building deeper connections with both professional competitors and passionate gaming communities worldwide.
