GIGABYTE showcased its CQDIMM-enabled motherboards at Computex 2026, with the Z890 AORUS Tachyon Duo X Ice sitting front and center. 

This lineup features 256GB dual-DIMM DDR5 configurations, along with memory speeds of up to 10,400 MT/s using the D5 DUO X Technology. 

For the PC builder looking for power, these motherboards feature up to 256GB RAM, with two 128GB CQDIMM modules. 

To better capitalize on this, GIGABYTE also features AI-enhanced platform optimization, with an Ultra Turbo Mode that optimizes CPU and memory frequencies leading to up to 40% improvement in performance. 

This can lead to features like higher FPS gains, as well as Extreme Mode for performance tuning alongside AI-enhanced BIOS optimization and EZ-DIY innovations.
