GIGABYTE officially unveiled its new AORUS GeForce RTX 50 INFINITY Series graphics cards at COMPUTEX 2026, marking one of the flagship showcases of the company’s 40th anniversary celebration. Following the debut of the AORUS GeForce RTX 5090 INFINITY at CES earlier this year, GIGABYTE is now expanding the INFINITY lineup with GeForce RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti, and RTX 5070 models, creating a comprehensive product family that spans both high-end and upper-midrange gaming markets.
The new AORUS GeForce RTX 50 INFINITY Series adopts a unified design language and introduces a hidden power connector layout for the first time. By relocating the power connector to the rear side of the graphics card, users can route cables behind the motherboard tray, significantly improving cable management, simplifying installation and maintenance, and creating a cleaner system interior.

New WINDFORCE HYPERBURST Cooling System
Cooling is one of the key highlights of the INFINITY Series. The cards feature GIGABYTE’s newly developed WINDFORCE HYPERBURST cooling system, paired with a Double Flow Through airflow architecture.
This design allows airflow to pass through both sides of the backplate and heatsink assembly, creating a more efficient cooling path that improves heat dissipation and helps maintain stable performance even under demanding workloads.
The series also incorporates GIGABYTE’s proprietary Hawk Fan design, which delivers up to 53.6% higher air pressure and 12.5% greater airflow compared to conventional fan solutions. This allows heat to be removed more effectively from the GPU and surrounding critical components while expanding overall cooling coverage.
To further enhance thermal performance, the cards include an Overdrive center fan with an independent fan curve profile. The additional fan automatically activates under heavy workloads to provide supplementary cooling capacity and improve system stability during sustained gaming or content creation sessions.

Signature AORUS Design with Enhanced Compatibility
Visually, the AORUS GeForce RTX 50 INFINITY Series continues the brand’s signature RGB Halo lighting design while incorporating circular lighting elements inspired by high-performance engine turbines.
Users can customize lighting effects through GIGABYTE’s software ecosystem, allowing them to create a gaming setup that reflects their personal style while maintaining the premium aesthetic associated with the AORUS brand.
Despite its powerful cooling capabilities, the INFINITY Series also features a more compact physical design compared to previous flagship-class solutions. The reduced size improves chassis compatibility and provides greater flexibility when building high-performance systems.
Celebrating 40 Years of Innovation
According to GIGABYTE, the AORUS GeForce RTX 50 INFINITY Series represents the company’s continued commitment to advancing graphics performance, cooling technology, and overall user experience.
As part of GIGABYTE’s 40th anniversary celebration, the INFINITY Series showcases the company’s vision for the future of premium graphics card design, combining cutting-edge thermal engineering, cleaner system integration, and high-end gaming performance into a single product family.
