Gundam TCG Gameplay

Gundam TCG

Gameplay wise, the Gundam TCG is a game about spending resources to play powerful Mobile Suits (called Units) and pairing them up with Pilot cards for additional effect.

The game's resource management is tied to Resource cards, which form a separate deck and need to be tapped to summon your Units.

The system isn't that different to the Hololive TCG, which also separates its resources into its own deck, though in this case it doesn't seem like Resources are color-specific.

Additionally, Command cards can also give powerful effects, and are portrayed with other characters in the series.

Similar to Magic: The Gathering, the Gundam TCG is explicitly designed to accomodate different types of play, with players encouraged to try either 1v1 or even four-way matches with each other.
