Indie Jam 2025: 3 Games You Absolutely Need To Check Out

Indie Jam 2025 is well underway, shining the spotlight on games from all levels of developer in South East Asia. There's a whole lot to check out, from space RTS Nullspace to cooperative RPG Duo Quest– every genre has its champion, free to play over the weekend.

Raya Rumble

Representing the multitude of games as part of the Student Game Jam, Raya Rumble takes what we've all been feeling and commits it to game form. It's a 4 player party game with a simple premise: eat all the kuih raya then beat up all your cousins.

From getting poisoned by floor kuih to evading an overly aggressive auntie, you'll want to rope your friends in on this- every kuih is lovingly recreated, and nothing screams a good time like beating your friends out of grabbing your favorite one.

Love in Tiny Spaces

We have played stealth games for many reasons. To stop nuclear war in Metal Gear Solid, to kill rich people in Hitman. Love In Tiny Spaces has you don the moniker of stealth master for the most pure reason: to go smooch your girlfriend as she indulges increasingly shallow monthsaries.

From its gorgeous art to its unique twist mechanic, you'll want to keep your eyes on this one. Just be warned: the Singlish is aggressive, so if you're not familiar with the vernacular you may need a guide.

Building Relationships

The less you know about Building Relationships, the better. This quirky 3D platformer is about finding love on an island, with some incredibly real conversations. From its neat controls to its fun minigames, you'll want to try this demo multiple times if you get the chance.
