Magical girl action game Mahou Arms has announced the game would be leaving early access, alongside a price increase for the game's launch.
In an announcement, the release date for the full version of Mahou Arms is set for April 27th, 2026.

Addittionally, the game will receive an approximately 10 USD price increase starting March 27th, with fans still being able to buy the game at its early access price before the hike.
It's not just a matter of flipping a switch though- the 1.0 update to the game will also feature the final three chapters for the story.
The developers have also said they're looking into releasing special costumes for the main characters to be given for free to Early Access players.
Mahou Arms Gameplay

Mahou Arms is a character action game that sees you controlling one of two magical girls and doing stylish combos on hordes of enemies.
These include all manner of combo fodder, from small humanoid enemies to bigger ones that might take a little more effort to get off the ground for your combos.
Similar to titles like NieR: Automata, however, it's not just about beating up grunts in an empty room- the game also shifts to top down perspective for certain challenges, like avoiding enemy marks on the floor in combat puzzles.
Additionally the game also features big boss fights, acting as the appropriate climax for the game's chapters.
