My Lovely Empress Release Date Announced Alongside Big Graphical Changes

Neon Doctrine has announced the My Lovely Empress release date, with their Demon Management sim set to drop next month.

In the new trailer, the My Lovely Empress release date has been set for August 21st 2024.

The game will be available on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch as well as Xbox Series X|S.

More Than Just The My Lovely Empress Release Date

One other big change is shown off in the newest trailer for My Lovely Empress- the game's updated visuals.

While the previous demo build for the game featured static 2D sprites, the new 3D assets feature idle animations better showing off the game's cast of characters.

It even has additional animation flourishes, similar to what one might find in an Ace Attorney game.

For those not in the loop, My Lovely Empress is the latest in the My Lovely Series, and features you playing the emperor of a country set with both the loss of your wife and the dire state of your nation.

The game is about managing your turns and resources to fix your economy, while also using Yaoguai- demons- to collect souls and potentially bring your wife back to life.
